From acquisition to exit.

Every investment passes through the same four stages. We plan all of them before we commit to the first.

    We assess companies, properties and energy projects thoroughly and agree on a price and structure that work for everyone involved.

    Hold

    We stay invested with a long-term view, providing stable ownership and further capital when development requires it.

    Manage

    We take an active role as shareholder: clear reporting, regular reviews and hands-on support where our experience helps.

  4. 04

    Sell

    When the time is right, we prepare a well-structured exit to a strategic buyer, a co-investor or the next generation.
