Questions we often hear
At what stage do you invest?
We consider projects in development as well as plants in operation. The earlier the stage, the more closely we work with the developer on permits, grid connection and financing.
Do you operate the plants yourselves?
We act as shareholder and manager of our participations. Technical operation and maintenance are carried out by specialised partners whom we select and supervise.
Do you look at projects outside Germany?
Our focus is Germany and the wider Baltic Sea region. Projects elsewhere are possible if they come with strong local partners.
Other fields
Many projects touch more than one field. A refurbished building may carry a rooftop solar plant; a company sale may need advice first.
